We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was really good. The cleanliness was perfect, with our rooms serviced three times a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, and they even had little surprises throughout that we haven't seen anywhere else. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the historical heart of this city, within walking distance of any attraction. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and the ability to have anything we wanted prepared for us.

Attending a rugby match, I chose this hotel chain based on recommendations, and I was not disappointed. The location was fantastic and the whole stay was great. The rooms, ambience, and decor were all great. The breakfast, included in the rate, was top class. The hotel definitely delivered on its promise of luxury and comfort.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. The location is perfect, close to the Spanish Steps. Great value for money.

The hotel provided us with a luxurious stay at their exquisite venue. the room advantages were exceptional, particularly the in-room breakfast and exclusive amenities. the bar and lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink and the restaurant buffet offered a variety of foods for special diets. the central location allowed us to easily walk to Rome's top attractions. the service was impeccable, fulfilling all our exclusive needs.

The leisure/TV room would benefit from being more spacious, however, this was a very minor issue in comparison to the overall luxurious experience provided by the hotel.

The attention to detail at J.K. Place Roma is perfect. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and snacks in our room, made us feel special. The design of the hotel is beautiful, with a boutique feel and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient for exploring Rome on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice experience in Rome.

We had an amazing experience at a luxurious hotel right in the center of Rome. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions like the Coliseum. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was massive and gorgeous. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent with a huge range of high-quality food. We also enjoyed the facilities like the free mini bar and the personalized service throughout our stay.

The only downside was the bed, which was too soft and uncomfortable for my husband.

Everything superb, really good attention to detail, amazing style and decor, generous staff, unrivalled service.

Nothing not to love.

This centrally located hotel offers easy access to many areas of interest in Rome. Guests can enjoy their evenings in the cocktail bar, or dine in the restaurant itself. The rooms are well-designed and cozy, with luxurious bathrooms featuring rain head showers and plenty of mirrors. The staff speak English and provide excellent service, helping with dinner reservations and taxis. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of food, and some rooms even come with a large terrace to enjoy the view.

The entryway to the room with the closets can be quite dark.
